9. Deni Avdija (G – Maccabi Tel Aviv)
Strengths:
Deni Avdija is being advertised as a jack of all trades by scouts who have watched him play overseas. He has shown the ability to be a playmaking forward with athleticism and a natural feel for the game.
Weaknesses:
The 6’7″ guard will likely take time to adjust to the NBA level and will need to prove he can keep up with the pace. He also needs to become a more efficient 3-point shooter in order to round out his offensive game.
Outlook:
Avdija seems to be a work in progress. It could take time for this young prospect to hit his stride and this is something that might push him away from the Golden State Warriors.
