3. LaMelo Ball

There have already been reports that the Golden State Warriors are leaning towards other prospects in the NBA Draft but LaMelo Ball still has a chance to catch their attention through the virtual combine.

Ball is without a doubt the most gifted passer in his class. He averaged close to 7 assists per game in the NBL and made some plays that only a natural playmaker could create. This is something that should pique the Dubs’ interest as a weapon like Ball would unlock the rest of their roster.

He stands at 6’8″, giving him enough size to play alongside the Splash Brothers in a three-guard lineup. Though he needs to put on some weight, his long arms could make him a quality defender if he is able to be more engaged on this end of the floor.

Offensively, he is a creative finisher around the rim but lacks a true jump shot. This could limit him in the future but also make him an incredible versatile scorer if he can find his stroke from deep. Ball has the potential to be a superstar and the Warriors could help him in his development.
