Golden State Warriors: Which new Warrior are you most excited for? (POLL)
The Golden State Warriors made two big free agent acquisitions this offseason in Nick Young and Omri Casspi. Which is more exciting? (POLL)
The Golden State Warriors were able to bring back most of their championship team. Their most important rotation players are all returning. Bob Myers made it a priority to take care of their key free agents as quickly as possible.
Re-signing Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant was a no-brainer. Because of Durant’s pay cut, the Warriors were able to afford to bring back both Andre Iguodala and Shaun Livingston. Golden State also kept David West, Zaza Pachulia, and JaVale McGee.

They weren’t able to keep everyone, though. There just wasn’t enough money to give to Ian Clark, a guy who really had a breakout season when he was given a bigger role. Neither Matt Barnes, a midseason acquisition, nor James Michael McAdoo will be returning after winning the championship.
The Warriors had a few spots to fill. Of course, they have young talent in Jordan Bell, a big man they acquired in a deal with the Chicago Bulls. Golden State went out and signed two free agents as well.
Golden State will be bringing over Nick “Swaggy P” Young and Omri Casspi. Both guys provide shooting off the bench. They are upgrades for a team that was already the best and deepest in the league.
Which player are Warriors fans more excited for? Young is inherently a very fun player. Casspi provides great spacing for a big man.

Luckily, there’s a poll to see which player fans are most excited to see. Both of them will probably have similar roles. They are there to provide instant offense as a reserve, giving the stars extra space to work with.
