The Golden State Warriors should go all in for Anthony Davis. He’d make them the greatest team ever assembled if they aren’t already.

An absurd amount of talent, the Golden State Warriors could get even better this trade deadline. However, any trade to improve the Warriors’ world-class roster would come with a price tag. The Warriors, if they do opt to get involved in the trade market, should target Anthony Davis.

He’s one of the only players that would make the Warriors’ significantly better at a position they’re relatively weak in. While DeMarcus Cousins is set to return on January 18, the two thrived together in New Orleans, meaning it’d be worth it to target a center even with his return imminent.

Davis, who seems unhappy on the Pelicans, has been having his best professional season. This is borderline insane for Davis. He’s averaging a career high in points, rebounds, assists, steals, blocks, and threes.

Nearing 29 points per game, Davis’ line is unmatched throughout the league. He’s a different monster, and he’s one the Golden State Warriors should be able to acquire if they want him badly enough.

The reports have been that the Warriors would be interested in trading for Davis if the option presented itself. However, for now, the Pelicans have shut down any offers for the five-time All-Star.

That said, what’s an ideal price tag for AD? With two of the league’s top three players and four within the top-25, what should the Warriors expect to give up?
