Golden State has been a team of resiliency all season long.

They lost Brandon Rush to a torn ACL on their home opener, while also dealing with Bogut’s ongoing foot injuries throughout the entire season. To top it all off, their first All-Star since 1997, David Lee, tore his right hip flexor in the team’s first playoff game of the season, which abruptly ended his postseason run with the team.

But the Warriors fought back. They won 47 games on the season and clinched the No. 6 seed in the 2013 NBA Playoffs, marking just their second playoff berth in the past 19 years.

My point is, this is a team that never gives up. They fight to the end and have proven themselves as a legitimate contender, and they certainly belong in the NBA playoffs.

I believe with Curry’s hot shooting, the role players stepping up and Mark Jackson’s preaching, the Warriors will grab their third straight victory of the series and take a commanding 3-1 series lead against the struggling Denver Nuggets.
