Aaron Craft Signs Partially Guaranteed Contract With Warriors

Steve Kerr couldn’t stop raving about Aaron Craft during summer league, and now he’ll get to coach him a lot more.

The Warriors signed the undrafted point guard to a one-year, partially-gauranteed deal, his agent told the Bay Area News Group. Craft averaged 7.4 points, 2.8 rebounds, 2.6 steals and 2.4 assists in five summer league games, but did a lot more than his numbers show.

This last one is the best:

“How about Aaron’s hustle every day and every night?,” Kerr said on Craft.

Craft spent four years at Ohio State and is a premier defender. He was the Big Ten defensive player of the year twice during his college career, and could be a pleasant surprise for the Warriors, who probably signed him because of Nemanja Nedovic’s reported injury.
