After another grueling 5 1/2 hour meeting in NYC, both sides will head back to the drawing board next Tuesday. And it will be with more people. From the outside, it seems like talks are going well. This has got to be good news for players, owners and of course the fans. After Tuesday, both parties will go back to their respective parties and report back the news, good or bad. Owners plan to meet in Texas on Thursday while the union will be meeting in Las Vegas. Both union President, Derek Fisher of the Lakers and the owners representative will hope to have a better idea on whether or not they will have a full NBA season. Let’s hope that that next Tuesday one new step will be taken forward and not two steps back.
