The Warriors were able to pull out with a win in their last meeting against the T-Wolves on Nov. 6th with a final score of 106-93. However, the Wolves will surely be looking for revenge this time around as they travel to Oracle Arena.
The game will feature two of the starting Western Conference All-Stars in Stephen Curry and Kevin Love, but look for the main battle to happen between Love and David Lee. These two players are amongst the best power forwards in the league and will be dueling against each other all night with hopes of pushing their teams over the edge to victory.
In their last face-off, both players had some of their best games of the year with Lee scoring 22 points and grabbing 15 rebounds while Love dropped 25 points and collected 16 rebounds on the night. Look for these two big men to put up similar numbers as their war continues to wage under the basket and pride for being the best power forward in the league goes on the line.
I think Lee and the Warriors will pull out with the win because the Wolves have been inconstant all season, whereas the Warriors appear to have hit a stride in playing their best basketball of the season. Expect a game in the hundreds before the game ends because both teams are more than capable of putting up points as the T-Wolves rank second in the league in scoring.
